Refund & Exchanges
At Pearl Apparels we ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer any refunds however we offer store credits which are credited in the customer account within 4-5 working days on receipt of item back to us. There will be no returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to processing exchange & re-fulfilling your order.
Such cases of return or exchange should be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. In case exchange of product is not available, we provide a store credit which can be utilized anytime both online or at the store within 4-5 working days of receipt of product back to our warehouse. The Store credit will be valid for purchase on our website for the next 6 months from the date of issue.
Returned item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, (ii) the item must have original packaging, (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange.
GENERAL
To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours of product delivery:-

Any phone support will be between 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM IST but we will need the picture of defected product / unboxing video on our given WhatsApp number or email address.
Please include your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Note: -Check the products carefully once you receive them from our courier partners. Do not accept any product which has tampering of the package or if external packaging has a tear / abuse on the package.
Any missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt has to be supported with an uncut unboxing video with starting of the video showing package views of all sides.
Retain the packaging of the damaged products received until our insurance adjuster visits to survey the breakage.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours by email for any further clarifications or information.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until we send someone from our team to review it. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as 'received'.
Any store credit or gift card if approved will be aligned to customer account in 4-5 working days.
