Shipping Policy

  • We deliver products globally.
  • Shipping for Pre Paid orders is Free in India Only. 
  • International shipping charges are as per Volumetric Weight of Package and will be quoted separately based on total volumetric weight and shipping region.
  • Average Delivery time for India is 4-6 working days and 10-12 working days for an International order. Some orders might get delivered earlier and it will depend on the efficiency and operations of third-party service providers only.
  • In case of any unexpected inordinate delay or issue with courier you can get in touch with us directly for ticket to be raised with the courier partners.
  • All orders are processed & dispatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of your confirmed payment.
  • Our courier partners are DHL / FEDEX /ARAMEX/ BLUEDART / DELHIVERY/DTDC / TIRUPATI COURIER/ INDIA POST
  • Please note that there is no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays.
  • The Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
  • If customization is added it will take more 7 to 8 working days to dispatch.
  • We ship product once and any return or exchange shipping charges will be borne by customer only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Note for International Orders:-
  • Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. In certain cases payment is required prior to delivery, at the point when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint. Once the customs duties have been settled, the shipment is then released and promptly delivered to its destination.
